“The Prudent Investment Fiduciary Rules” (“Rules”) was a manual written in 2003 for investment adviser consulting clients of the The Watkins Firm, a law firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. The “Rules” was a compilation of information that had been provided to the firms’ clients through advisory alerts and our newsletter.
